The residence is secure with a code entry system and is very quiet. The 55 m² apartment features a spacious living area with a well-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, several coffee machines including a capsule machine, kettle, large dining table), and a lounge area with two comfortable sofa beds and a large flat-screen TV. There is a bathroom with a shower, separate toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet. The beach is just 30 meters from the apartment, offering easy access to coastal activities and relaxation. There is ample parking in front of the building, and a bike storage room is also available for your use. Please note that one small pet is allowed during your stay. However, parties and events are not permitted on the property. Families with children will appreciate the shared playground located just in front of the apartment.
